Parenting Experience of Shift Nurses With Elementary School-Aged Children During the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Phenomenological Study

Purpose: This phenomenological study aimed to comprehend the altered parenting experience of nurses during coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.Method: Using a qualitative approach, research design employed methodology. The participants were 6 with elementary school-aged children. in tertiary general hospitals, working on rotating shifts COVID-19 pandemic. In-depth interviews conducted collect individual data, which then analyzed using Colaizzi method.Results: Analyzing collected data led 178 significant results, from 13 themes derived.
